McGregor Red Card

The Referee Store
I suppose you could caution him for interfering with the GK’s release of the ball, but I don’t there is enough there to end up with a cautio
We'll the offence is either preventing the keeper from releasing it or attempting to kick it in the process. Interferering is not an offence per se and even if you see it that way it's not a mandatory caution.
If you see it as a caution then the restart has to be an IFK to the team which you just sent the keeper off.

I wouldn't caution in normal circumstances and certainly not here when I am sending the keeper off and the keeper was not prevented from releasing it.

I think the player was actually cautioned and the free-kick given to Rangers, cop-out if you ask me. Should've been just the red and an attacking free-kick, that'll teach him to not be so stupid next time.
