Lateral Collateral Ligament - Knee

According to the Doc it seems I have done something to my left knee LCL (skiing last year). Anyone ever overstretched to the side your knee joint (similar to Ronaldo, but not as bad).. Any cures or is it R & R??

Use that expensive company medical insurance of your's SF, get a new knee........while you're there see if they have a left hip for me please

Yes, surgery. Mashed mine 10 years ago. Affected my gait, wrecked my bodyline, put strain on other joints. Welcome to old age.

I've realised a few things recently
1- I can't ski
2- Knees don't twist much
3- I needs some of Mintys Birthday Space cake... Happy birthday Sir, 50 again?
4- I'm falling apart and they haven't got the technology or the inclination

Nope, another 27, well in my head anyway.
The only space connected to my m & m's cake was the void left when I'd eaten it, burp!
