The Ref Stop
The whole baffling thing (half-hour long) is definitely worth watching. Jesus Crisps.
yes watching it as a referee makes it more intense there are lot i dıdnt put there is a decision where ref gave an adventage the atacker dribled pass 2 defenders and make himself open space ref suddenly whistled and cancel the adventage etc should watch sometime

As someone who unfortunately had their worst game (for various reasons) as an official recorded and put on youtube, I do feel sorry for anyone that has a stinker on these games. Haven't been able to watch the video yet, but if it is as bad as described it might be more than just a bad day at the office.

Would be surprised if it didn't put them off refereeing these games again.

Would they have permission to film and then post publicly? Even as a walking football referee I encountered a team filming county league matches. I informed them they could film for their own training purposes but they did not have my personal permission to post it anywhere publicly.

They dont need it
The FA Rules & Regulations permit the use of cameras at affiliated football matches as long as this in accordance with the FA Photo & Video Guidance document.

Current legislation dictates that members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places, this includes the filming and photography of grassroots football matches or training sessions featuring players under the age of 18 which take place in parks and other public settings.

The law clearly states that it is not an offence to take appropriate photographs or film footage in a public place even if asked not to do so and no-one has the right to decide who can and cannot take photos or films in a public space.

Thanks for that but reading the guidance it appears to be aimed more at safeguarding issues. My concerns with this film is the Ref Bashing contained within. But thanks for directing me to the guidance 👍🏻

Ref Bashing contained within.
I think as far as legally there isn't anything to stop this. They are commentating over the game and while it may seem critical, I don't think he says anything directly offensive to the referee which is where the issues could arrive.

I have noticed that the game will most likely be replayed as he is incorrect in law for the penalty retake and the goal straight from the throw in. Presuming it has been appealed of course.

county fa denied the appeal for re-play

That is somehow more shocking than the actual performance then, would love to see the grounds that it was rejected on as they would've had a very strong case here.
