I was refereeing a match, it was a big open space, so probably parks football.
It was half-time and i was chatting to someone just behind tone of the goal-lines.
Suddenly I heard whistle, turned around and saw that someone in full ref's kit had started the second half.
I was about to march onto the pitch and remonstrate when i found myself wondering if it was worth it since the game had started and the players had a ref.
then i realised that he might not be a qualified ref and that the game could be declared void as a result
so i blew my whistle, walked onto the pitch and confronted the other 'referee'
I remember thinking that i should post on Refchat for a definitive answer to my dilemna....and that's all that i can recollect.
