My name's Borja, I'm a Spanish referee from Logroño (in the North, about 100 km south from Bilbao).
Some of you may already know me from some international tournaments, specially Norway Cup; althogh I was also present in Paris World Cup in 2016; or even from therefereeforum.net, where I was known as Spanish Ref.
