Really?
Raising the flag and then running is the signal to show ball over the line if it is a close decision.
In this case, surely the AR should have stood still to show that there was something to be discussed.

That the AR ran suggests that AR had no idea about the PIOP interfering by blocking the defender. That's OK, and it suggests that the ref made an excellent call... but I think you are making a big leap there. ;)
