I can have a go but I'm not really the best graphic designer

What size are you looking for?

ever so slightly smaller by pocket card wallet is a little smaller , i really like the lay out , thanks Kieran

Gerry that's something you would do when you print it. Adjust size to 95% for example and select black and white on print settings. That's the easiest way.
