Hi

Do AR match observer reports mean anything at all?

I got a 73.5 which I am assuming is decent. Just wondering if they are used at all in anything bar further appointments etc..

They may help for promotion, especially if you wish to become a specialist AR. The mark is very decent.

If you're a L5 then the only way you can be promoted as an AR is if you first get promoted to L4 referee. ;) Once a L4 referee, you can then opt to go for the specialist AR route during which case your observer AR reports are of course extremely important.
If, as seems to be the case, you're currently a L5 operating as an AR on Supply league football, then your reports/marks don't really count for a great deal in the grand scheme of things.
That's not to say that your league might not use AR observer marks to help them allocate ARs for cup finals etc. though.
