I've got my first 4w-3w promotion observation this weekend, I've had a few coaching visits this season but have never had a "formal observation". Just wondering what to expect, and if there are any tips/bits to watch out for/easy stumbling blocks? All thoughts will be much appreciated.

Recently purchased a pair of b&d flags from RefStore... Any recommendations on replacement cloths? I had to get the diamond pattern due to stock, and I'm not convinced it'll last forever... So looking for a spare set, or will replace and keep the diamonds for spare.

What are people thinking on this one? Correct decision with the red? Rooney was critical of the ref post match, however I thought he had a great game. Kept a really tight leash on things in the first half... things got a little silly late in the second half after a penalty and handbags.
