I've been given a provisional appointment on Boxing Day, when I'm unavailable. I should have amended MOAS beforehand but had assumed fixtures wouldn't be assigned until later this month. I now can't amend the date as it 'clashes with a prior appointment'. Any ideas?

Do misconduct reports need to be submitted through WholeGame, as well as the misconduct report section on MOAS for FA Competitions?

Just wondering if anyone has any experience of dealing with rowdy crowds. Not necessarily abuse etc, more end of season party type stuff. Pitch invasions, flares and the like. How would you recommend dealing with it, if it occurs?

So what kind of distances do you guys usually cover during your games? I'm averaging 8.6km in my games so far this season, but feel like I'm not doing enough sprints. Averaging 0.33km sprints (1%) and just under 1km running on the refsix app. Does that sound about right, or am I being lazy?
