Can anyone give me some examples of when they have cautioned a player under Unsporting Behaviour for 'Lack of Respect for the Game'

I have refereed 4 adult games now and one part of my game I am finding difficult is sliding tackles and when to give a foul, especially when the player has 'got the ball.' I cannot see any mention of getting the ball in the LOTG. Any advice would be appreciated.
