How can a player who is sat on the floor, obstruct the line of vison of a goalkeeper who is standing up, for a deflected shot that he was never going to save? I'd like to see a replay of to what extent De Gea's view was obstructed.

I think I asked this question a while ago - just watching Madrid vs City and a Madrid player was cautioned for pulling just inside his own half (no SPA). In law what is that caution for? What do you say to an observer to justify it?

Are these two completely separate or do they go hand in hand? I have never seen a Champions League game refereed by someone without a FIFA badge, not sure about Europa League though. Does a European referee promoted onto the FIFA list automatically get into the UEFA categories?
