    WHU v Fulham

    Just seen this... Yellow only?

    Arsenal V Aston Villa

Anyone else notice that Mikel Arteta literally stands and shouts next to opponents taking throws when around his technical area. Even tried to get in the way of one of them.

    Liverpool v Palace

Don't get this... The subs knew who was coming off.... Why not just make it easier and go off. Wasting time is why. Just go off. Would do that if they were losing. Unless there is a rule I'm unaware of that you must wait until the board goes up/announcer announces it.

    Arsenal v Bayern

Great refereeing from the young Swedish ref. Right at the end, I actually think he got it right. Saka, for me, moved his leg in to the keeper to initiate contact from him as he is coming out. But I feel the keeper stops just in time and Saka had to improvise to get the penalty.

    Brentford v Brighton

Michael Oliver gets Madley to stop the game just seconds before half time to view the monitor for a potential penalty. Fantastic bit of refereeing there by Madley in not giving it in my opinion, not just because I'm a Bee, but in general. Can see why VAR have asked him to go over to look but...

    Bristol City v Leicester

Not really note any issues with the refereeing, and hopefully won't... My gripe in this match is the match summariser. Don't know her name, her experience etc, just a background thing at my counter at work. One thing I picked up on was a comment she made around the 25th minute mark or so...

    Halifax v Chesterfield

Watching this on National League TV ... Pitch is beyond shocking. Halifax striker rounds Chesterfield keeper and side foots towards the goal for it to slow massively down and the Chesterfield player time to get back to clear. I actually don't think I've seen Sunday morning pitches this bad...

    WHU v Bre

Consistency... That's all I want from top refs. Shove in back by WHU early on in penalty area, no penalty given. Shove in back by WHU late in the half, half way line, foul... Exactly same offence. Different outcomes.

    VAR call to screen

I'd love you know if there is a resource that counts how many times a ref is asked to go to the screen to review a decision and the same for sending a ref to a screen? Richard Keys, via the Mail Online, suggests no one is wanting to send Michael Oliver to the screen because they know he is the...

    Teams not turned up

Got message on Friday confirming game, and that's where communication stopped. Had two games, same venue. Done game #1, kicked off half hour earlier on request of both teams, meaning having to wait over an hour for the next game. Tried contacting home team manager as by 30 minutes to kick off...

    Brentford v Man City

Jareds having a good game and then blots it by not penalising Edersen coming out like he did. That is a foul in any other game. Why not this?

    Congo v Guinea

Congo got a free kick that I feel was not justified. Player got good pass through and they wasted possession as Congo player was "brought down" that played it through. Corner came from free kick. Corner was taken and bent out of play. Quite clear actually. But assistant kept flag down until...

    Double yellow seconds apart

Had a first for a very long time today. Half hour in, left back shouts for offside that I didn't believe was (no CARs or neutral) and stood where he was whilst calling. Player subsequently scores and it's my fault. "He's ****ing offside!" Nope. You're a disgrace you are. Let that slide...

    Bristol City v West Ham

Foul on Danny Ings? VAR would be giving another look.. Benrahma was good spot and decision. Just saw another incident by Bristol City player with arm swing, that to me was totally unnecessary. I only watched last 10 minutes plus added time. But saw these in the post match analysis...

    Newcastle v Man City

Can't say much about first half... Only saw the added time... Right to book Rodri for his retaliation foul, but Bruno G was at risk I feel for a 2nd yellow as ref played advantage for what I think was reckless foul. Early 2nd half... Dan Burn gets away without caution for his foul outside the...

    Peterborough v Leeds

I'm sure I'm probably ignoring the appeals too, but what's the thoughts of the kicker effectively starting the process of taking the free kick (running at the ball) before the referee blows and striking the ball a split second after the blow of the whistle? Seemingly Peterborough players unhappy...

    Roma v Cremonese

Not watching it but noticed this. Referee setting his stall out early...

    It'll be the refs fault

This was a comment made at my place of work (I manage a bookies) before the old firm derby. Rangers fans saying, 2 hours before kick off, whatever the reason the ref will have a shocker, it'll be his fault. Definitely be a red and a penalty if he can help it. This is before a ball can be...

    Southampton v Plymouth

Could argue how close it was, but the fact that the assistant even has a 6 yard box to use as a guideline and still get it wrong at that level is bad. Made worse that disallowing the Plymouth goal, the restart led directly to Southamptons goal.

    Eve v Che

Hear the whistle (67th minute, after Jackson shot) from ref in which I have no idea why as camera is facing Pickford, who then picks the ball up and moves the goal kick to other side of area, slowly. Why does Pickford usually only get a yellow for delaying restart in the 90th minute, approx...
