Level 4 Observation Banding Query

I will do most of my games int he South West region. However sometimes I may be in the Midlands region and plan to set my temporary location so I can still pick up a game. How do the 'bandings' work in practice? Are marks from a different region discounted or do they till count as your average?

As I understand it, from experience, you will receive bandings from both pools and they will not be combined.
If they were I'd have probably been promoted 3 years ago when I moved down to the south west.

Difficult to say exactly how it will work. I'd be surprised if you were observed on your temp location.
You are allocated pool at the start of the season. I'd guess that's where you need to be doing most of your games as the observer co ordinator will have you on their books, whereas your temp location will not.

I was slightly different in that I moved pools mid season due to a change of address so was actually in both pools for half a season each. But not having enough games/ obs in each pool fo the period I was in them.

I see would to be worth contacting the co-ordinator to get their take on it? I assume club marks would need to be retrieved? Apologies for the bone questions just trying to fiddle my way through!

It would be sensible at this stage to contact both co-ordinators to check the situation.
A number of Level 4's are at Uni, so spend part of the season in their home patch, half away, so the co-ordinatirs will know the answer.

Young (Uni) lad in Herts just got promoted to L3 (first time of asking) and his observations were split across two pools
 
That's great thank you guys. I'd be happy just to consolidate for a couple of seasons let alone going any higher!
