In the first half, penalty or not? For me it’s a pen, anywhere else on the pitch it’s a foul, and I’m surprised Jesus hasn’t been awarded a pen

I missed it tuning in late, but when I saw a replay I wasn’t sure. If that same element of doubt existed with the on field and VAR team then it explains it.

Second half penalty is forgivable. He’s trying to look through a player and can’t see it clearly. Right call in the end, but not going to hang Taylor out to dry for missing it first up.

First one should have been a penalty, but it wasn't as obvious an error as not giving the second one.

First one I thought was a pen (I’m sure you’ll all be shocked to read that), but not sure it was clear enough for a VAR to intervene. Second one looked clear in real time and VAR rightly stepped in.

One thing that really wound me up was Antonio. 3/4 shows of very clear and aggressive dissent, yet AT did nothing. It’s no wonder we struggle with dissent at lower levels when this kind of nonsense goes unpunished every week.

Yep I didn’t understand that, whilst Antonio was unlucky on a few occasions to not get a free kick he was very lucky to avoid a yellow card for dissent
