Gillingham Vs Fleetwood double red

Maybe conflating things here but if you go for a red each for simultaneous offences then it's a blue free kick due to the red foul having a greater tactical impact?

Agreed.
And we are also back to my hypothetical question posed recently at what point does a challenge become careless, reckless, or UEF.

In all seriousness though, red card for blue.

I can't take blue seriously because he's getting lessons from Neymar. Have a look at his nip, tuck and roll at the end there. Get out of here. 😩
I did see a comment on fb questioning if he made it all the way to his own goal, judging by the video on Sky Sports, he finally stopped rolling just inside his own half, utterly ridiculous!

VAR would look at that from multiple angles, each repeated countless times and slowed down frame by frame and still struggle to reach a decision. Tough one for the referee, one look, one angle, both players flying in, hard to disagree with his decision really.

Kind of reminds me of another incident pre-VAR involving my beloved team, but not going to elaborate to avoid derailing the conversation (unlike another member I could mention) as this is about Gillingham vs Fleetwood!

incidentally Gillingham intend to appeal the decision.

I doubt they’ll be successful, but even if he gets a longer ban it doesn’t affect us as he’s on loan and we have only 2 games left.

mad for the theatrics, he was outrageous, if he didn’t get a red he should have got an oscar
