Hi guys.

I had a game Tuesday night, yet I cannot get wgs working to put my 2 cautions through. Has anyone heard of any problems and if so who do I contact about putting them through

Speak to or e-mail your County RDO in the first instance with an explanation of the issue.
 
There are issues when using Microsoft Edge to access the WGS. Are you using this browser?

I bought a new laptop with Windows 10 S mode so can only use Edge. Things do not load properly; after logging in I am are re-directed to a non existent invoice summary page and have to refresh to go into the WGS properly.

I also have issues loading the cautions screen, so you’re not alone.

On my laptop yes but it's even doing it on my phone which uses google

I use Edge for WGS and it is fine. Are you using the new modern Edge as opposed to the legacy one, as the latter is end of life? Modern Edge is based on Chromium, so if it doesn't work in Edge it won't work in Chrome either.

I use safari and *touches wood* never had a problem

No idea to be truthful as it’s still on default apps. Trying to weigh up the benefits (or not) of leaving S mode

you can turn s mode off in the settings and install chrome
