Though I’ve played and followed football for most of my life I’m also involved with rugby. Can someone please tell me why we allow players to abuse us like they do? Surely if a stand is taken and the players were to be penalised things would change very quickly.

What would the ‘offence’ be? It was in a Little League game U10s - I let it go after a quick word but if the comments get too aggressive I want to take action but I need to know where I stand within the laws.

Can I penalise a player for shouting ‘Take him out’?
