Not a new referee but a newbie question. I am entering a dismissal for a 2nd caution.... do I put in as a caution and then as a dismissal or just as a dissimisal? I have previously done this as Caution and Dismissal, but I think this is duplicating the input? Any advice welcome.

Nice of the assessor to ask you to check and not tell you one way or the other! Personally I think the key is that a decision has to be made. Depending on the temperature of the game and other factors a good tallKing to for both, if it was a more hostile act or reaction, caution for both. Technically a sending off for attempting to strike an opponent.
