I have to agree with those that say any encroachment is putting the penalty taker off in some way. you can see a keeper moving closer out of the corner of your eye as you take a penalty and this may cause you to hit just a fraction wider.
Also, if each and every time we allow a keeper to take a step or two closer, penalty takers know they have to account for this when they take them. So by allowing it this time, we are inadvertently affecting the next one,and the next one...
 
no because I didn't no about the law change to be honest I think that's quite harsh IMO

That's understandable mate, I myself think it's harsh, but if I have to I will (begrudgingly) book them.

I used to be a keeper myself so I think that's why I find it harsh :D
