Having started refereeing this season can I apply for promotion for the 2012/13 if I get my 20 games in before 29th Feb 2012, or do I have to have a full season then next season get 20 games then apply for promotion for the 3rd season?

Also do 1) Under 16's (and younger) count towards the 20?
2) Under 18's count towards the 20?

I may be wrong, but im sure you have to a) complete a season at level 7 and b) its only open age which count towards your 30 games you have to complete.
 
Cheers however it is highly unlikely that I will get 20 games in before 29th Feb, unless no games are called off which aint going to happen!
 
If you've completed the best part of a full season, they may very well let you go for promotion.

Best thing to do is contact your local FA Co-ordinator and see what they say, as their the person you'll need to speak to for your promotion application.
