So I was reading the pre-course training booklet for my course which I took six years ago.
It pays to look over your old files, as not only does it show you how far you've come as a referee, but you would be surprised what you can learn by doing so.
A good bit of advice I saw in my booklet was: "Confidence in yourself will carry you through the worst of situations, and more important, it will make officials and players have confidence in you."
