Instructions to CAR's

What do you say to your CAR's? Do you allow them to give you offsides?

I've ran the line to some referees (as a CAR) and they've wanted me to give free kicks too

Basicaly, I ask them to flag when the ball has gone out, and in their half, give a direction if they can... There will be the occasional CAR who starts flaging for offsides, and if they are genuine, and obviously not cheating, then I will let them continue, but if not, I'll have a quick word to ask them to stop.

I just remind them at the start, not to be offended if I overrule them
