Spoke to home manager Friday and he said that he would do a pitch inspection on Saturday morning at 10 am (k.o.2 pm) he rang me at 10.30..... and game is on.
Arrived at 1p.m i done a pitch inspection and it was a bit sodden and heavy but playable, my only worry was if the players took the opportunity to relish the use of sliding tackles.... But credit to both teams only had a handful of sliding tackles which i did comment on to the players...... good end to end contesting football.
But... Sunday's match is off !!
