Has anyone every been to this?

I'm going but not sure what to expect.

It used to be very good by all accounts, but in recent years has been described as really poor by anyone I know that has been. Really depends on which guest speaker they manage to book, but I know for one recent year they tried to do it as some kind of training event which went down like a lead balloon.
