Calling the coin toss

This will probably sound like a stupid question, but are there any hard and fast rules about who should call at the coin toss? I've checked through the Laws but can't find anything.

Nope. I normally get the home skipper to toss the coin, away captain calls

I just do it myself and let the away team call. Of course I always get " well have kick off ref " lol

For me, the home captain tosses, and the away calls whilst it is in the air, just remember, thw inner choses ends, not kick off

bah, i toss, the away capt gets to choose!............never had a complaint yet
