Also, what's the best way of checking the pressure without a gauge? Sorry these seem stupid, just the little things I find help to ensure things run smoothly.

Ross Forum VAR Staff member Level 6 Referee FA Referee Sep 22, 2011 #2 For pressure I hold the ball above my head, and drop it. If it bounces above a door handle, it's generally fine. Size wise, size 5 for adults, not sure what age youths start using size 5. Size 4 for kids/youths generally
