How would they identify who to charge? That would require cooperation from the sites owners?

Junior/Youth The circus is in town

Both share an equal amount of responsibility. Manager for not having adequate provision in place, referee for allowing a child to be placed in a vulnerable position. For those suggesting the player is to blame for being assaulted, because they got sent off......you seriously need to never ever...

Junior/Youth The circus is in town

If the player is a minor, under the age of 18, you have a welfare responsibility to them, especially if it becomes apparent that no one from their team is taking responsibility. You simply cannot order them to walk away from the pitch area on their own. The easiest way to deal with youth...

Hatfield Town v Buckingham Town - Red Card Incident

Got the ball cleanly....kept his trailing leg out of the way as much as he could......bit harsh.

    "Mine" "I got it"

The lad who picked up a lemon for calling me a ‘mong’ got it as a result of exactly this discussion. He felt that his opponent couldn’t shout ‘mine’.....I, being reasonably competent in the LOTG, felt otherwise.......ultimately he carried on being ignorant, I left him £10 poorer.

    4th Observation 7 to 6

I was well aware of the new PC, however as you point out there is no official stance on using, or not using, the 2010 criteria outside of the 5-4 process. My CFA are happy for us to use them if we feel it appropriate to do so. Perhaps if those 4s had been observed a bit more rigorously they...

    4th Observation 7 to 6

Did you miss the bit about them not being ‘exhaustive’? Sure it’s in the introductory paragraph to those PC? Guidance I have been given is that we are perfectly entitled to refer to the earlier criteria if we feel, in our experience, that it is pertinent to do so. Observers merely considering...

    4th Observation 7 to 6

Disagree about the missed dismissal....part of the Application of Law criteria is for a level 7 to be able to: Recognise when to take disciplinary action, sending off, cautioning or dealing with misconduct according to the offence Clearly if the observer felt there had been a missed dismissal...

    4th Observation 7 to 6

Considering you started without corner flags, and in the observers opinion clearly missed a dismissal, it is not credible for an above standard mark.

Anyone else see the irony in talking about respect and referring to players (apparently youth, so effectively children) as ‘turds’?
