Words that are hammered into us by our RDO's on the Basic Course, but what do you interpret the words to mean? What would you consider careless, reckless, or using excessive force? Just curious to see how it differs from person to person! :P

Obviously if a player swears directly at you, it would be a red card for OFFINABUS... But if they swore at another player, would/could you send them off for OFFINABUS too?

What age can I apply for promotion? I am 15, and will be 16 on the 8th March. Someone told me it was 18, and someone said 16, so just confused! I've emailed my RDO, but he is out of office until the 2nd January, so thought I might as well ask someone on here! :P

This hasn't happened to me, but I was thinking what would you do if it did happen? A red player (U8) kicks a blue player (U8), you walk over to the manager and ask him to take off that player and sub him for someone else, but he refuses. What would you do?

Thinking about it, as a professional referee in the Premier League, what games would you be able to do? Would you be able to do every game? Or will you not be allowed to do the games with the FA that you are affiliated with - or for the team that you support? Just something that has got me...
