    Just always think to yourself ''what would I do if the score was 0-0. Key match decisions shouldn't be judged on the score, but the seriousness of the match incident.

    Hi guys, not sure if this has been covered before! I was thinking about getting a tattoo on my arm, nothing major, certainly not a sleeve! Just wondered if anyone thinks this will affect my chance of getting high up on the refereeing ladder?
