It'll never happen ...

Challenging myself to not look it up. Dropped ball at point of interference right? (Unless team official or sub - which is a pen in that case). Sporting thing to do is obviously for defending team to not contest the db and attacking puts it in the back of the net.

Wow btw

It was a fan? Ask the home coach to eject the fan.
Presuming the interference was in the goal area, then DB on the edge of the goal area line parallel to... blah blah

Drop ball. If defending team want to be sporting and let the attacking team score then that is up to them

Agree. One of those situations where there's just no fair outcome, unfortunately.
I'd also write a separate incident report - something like this, it seems that the league should be aware.

This.

Also, misconduct report about it going into the County too, whichever club the guy is a supporter of would be looking at a charge for failure to control their spectators.

As per above, it can only be a drop ball and a report?
Cant say the actual goal keeper comes out of it well for congratulating the pitch invader, extreme I know but it might encourage someone else to do similar, when the opposite should happen

But altough opponing team wants to be sporting and let them to score from drop ball the ball should touch at least 2 players before going to goal (law 8), so scoring directly from db isn’t possible.

If they are going to be sporting enough as to forfiet a goal, explaing the mechanisms of a drop ball should not be dificult!
Here, am gonna drop the ball, you touch it, so he can touch it

Providing of course this is what the teams havd decided to do, given of course you yourself cannot make that call.

Just wondering whether you could play the advantage rule here and say that it would have gone in had the 'outside object' not have interfered and subsequently award the goal. Maybe this needs looking into by IFAB as this could happen often

Hmmm, bit pants and if it happened on a Sunday morning, once the inevitable handbags had finished, the attacking team won't be impressed with a drop ball, especially if the defenders decide to contest it.

I wonder whether there would be grounds for a caution for the keeper. If so I imagine USB other would be the only thing it could fall under.

Him thanking the individual would certainly raise temperatures.

Why was the keeper so far out of his goal? Is there any context in the title?
According to the FuPa.net site from which the clip is taken, the incident took place in the 96th minute of a 1-0 game so I would guess the keeper had gone up for a last minute corner or free kick in hopes of getting an equaliser.

Hi
Only possible restart is a dropped ball. What the teams do at the DB is a matter for them.
League when it gets report should impose a significant fine and probably dock the points it it can or order a replay. Certainly needs to be a strong sanction
Learning point is that with no barriers behind the goals persons should not be allowed stand behind or close to the goal. Spectators should be asked to stand close to the sidelines and the home club asked to enforce that. Prevention is always better than cure

Leagues, certainly those in England anyway, could not dock points or order a replay. Only the FA or local CFA could do this,. leagues are not allowed to act upon things that happen on the pitch.

Completely agree about not having people stood behind the goals, although in reality if you are somewhere like Hackney Marshes that becomes pretty much unenforceable.
